All employees at the Judicial Council are classified as state excluded employees. All State excluded employees have the right to representation under California Government Code 3525-3539.5.
Still serving themselves to the detriment of all Californians.

A copy of the proposed action is available on the advisory body web page on the California Courts website listed above.

The Chair of the Workload Assessment Advisory Committee has concluded that prompt action is required. In accordance with California Rules of Court, rule 10.75(o)(2), written public comment will not be accepted on the proposed action.
