“I’ve been here seven years now. It’s time to look at doing other things.”
You can repeat a similar statement any time you like. The sooner the better.
Take a look at the TeamJacobsExistence file from the AOC and company you claim doesn’t exist and Utah might start looking real attractive. Or maybe one of those countries without an extradition treaty with the United States.

It’s good that law school drop-out Vickrey has experience with the Department of Corrections—– his life should come full circle and he should now “look at doing other things” with California’s Department of Corrections ….. behind bars….

Two points I’d like to make. First, my heart leapt out of my chest when I saw the source of Vickrey’s comments (for joy! He’s finally done the right thing!) in Deseret News, then went splat on the ground after I saw the date! Not present day, darn it!
Shredders! Document shredding. That’s the golden key on where to invest in today’s economic thrashing everyone is taking. I will start my research into shredders immediately.

Wow. It even shows the transition from “Team Jacobs” to simply “Jacobs” between December 2009 meeting notes and January 2010 meeting notes.
This was no accident. This is a conspiracy by AOC management to conspire with this vendor to defraud the taxpayers. It will become more apparent as we go along. It demonstrates this transition where word went out not to call the company Team Jacobs after December 2009 – to just Jacobs.

It also demonstrates that you cannot trust this man to change a light bulb.
Therefore you surely can’t trust this man to deliver CCMS for 3 billion dollars or even a figure 1/3 of that.

This thread and its downloads have been very popular. In the last 24 hours there has been approximately a hundred downloads of the file “TeamJacobsExistance” and about a hundred people visiting the deseret news. About 75 people accessed the News 13 story out of Sacramento about iPads and the 13K sales pitch.
As ant on a trail, I was initially elated to see Mr. Vickrey resign until I read further. The excuse he used seemed even more appropriate here given he has been employed by the AOC more than twice as long as he was administrator of the Utah courts.
Indeed, Mr. Vickrey’s time has passed. Regardless of any future successes, he still has two thousand dollar light bulbs hanging around his neck and a 3 billion dollar software project that he has lied about since its inception. They are his permanent cement shoes and unfortunately what will define his leadership. Mr. Vickrey must go for the good of the branch.

I’m mystified Vickrey is still there. If and when we all find out why, it should be interesting.

We’ve expressed why he remains there. There will be no changes whatsoever.
